Meet The Dirty The One Pounder, Burger King Japan's Four Beefs and Sauce Explosion
Four flame-grilled beef patties drown in a bold garlic mayo sauce as the "One Pounder Series" hits its third wildly indulgent chapter
By Matthew H.
If you thought burgers couldn't get any bigger, Burger King Japan just proved you wrong. Starting Friday, August 7, 2026, Dirty The One Pounder will be its biggest burger yet and the third entry in the beloved "One Pounder Series," a lineup built entirely around one goal: giving beef lovers as much flame-grilled, juicy patty as physically possible.

Left side:
Fresh onions cut in-store every day, Pickles (for a flavor accent),
4 slices of cheddar cheese, Salt & pepper (to bring out the meat’s flavor)
Right side:
Toasted 5-inch sesame seed bun, Rich mayo sauce, Special garlic mayo sauce
Additional special garlic mayo sauce, 4 of Burger King’s signature 100% beef patties
At the center of it all are four 100% flame-grilled beef patties, stacked with four layers of melty cheddar, crunchy pickles, and onions. Then comes the real star of the show, a special garlic mayo sauce made with garlic paste, garlic powder, and a hint of black pepper for some spice. It's layered in twice, so it spills out with basically every single bite instead of politely staying put. The final result weighs in at 1,656 kcal and about 527 grams, which is basically a full meal disguised as a burger.
Buy one (solo or as a set) and you'll also score a free original sticker while supplies last. And here's the move locals swear by: order it "half-cut" at the counter and staff will slice it in half for you, making it way easier to hold and letting you dive straight into that saucy, dripping center without making a mess.
The Dirty The One Pounder goes for 2,490 yen on its own, or 2,790 yen as a set with a small fries and a medium drink.

But the Dirty The One Pounder isn't the only reason to swing by right now. Two other "Big Mouth Dirty" burgers, launched back on July 3, are still very much in the game and worth grabbing too.

First up, the Double Beef & Hash Big Mouth Dirty, which pairs beef patties with crispy hash for some serious textural contrast. It's priced at 1,490 yen solo or 1,790 yen as a set.

Then there's the Beef & Chicken Big Mouth Dirty, for anyone torn between beef and chicken who simply refuses to choose. Also priced at 1,490 yen solo or 1,790 yen as a set.
A few things to know before you go: all three burgers are only around for a limited time and limited quantity, so once they're gone, they're gone. Set prices include a small fries and a medium drink, and at locations with morning menus, sales kick off after 10:30 a.m. Availability and hours can vary by store, and none of these three burgers are sold at the Tokyo Racecourse, Kyoto Racecourse, or Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 locations.
If you're planning a trip to Japan anytime soon, this trio is exactly the kind of over the top, only in Japan food moment worth building into your itinerary. Pick your fighter, order the half-cut, and get ready for some serious beef and sauce overload.
