HONG KONG — Tesla’s Cybercab is on public display at ELEMENTS, Kowloon Station. The first stop on its Asia tour, and the first chance for Hong Kong visitors to stand next to the two-seat robotaxi that began carrying riders in Austin last week.
The gold vehicle is in the Gold Zone on Level 1 from 9 to 15 September, 10am to 9pm. It is a static showcase, not a street service. You cannot summon a Cybercab in Hong Kong today. What you can do is walk up to the car Tesla designed for unsupervised autonomy: no steering wheel, no pedals, no conventional door handles.
Powered butterfly doors lift upward. Inside there are two passenger seats, a large central touchscreen for climate and comfort, and a USB-C port for each rider. The front of the vehicle is not a driver’s office. It is space for two people and a screen. That is the product thesis Tesla is putting in front of Asia this month.
After ELEMENTS, the same car continues to Pacific Place (17–20 September) and Tesla AIRSIDE at Kai Tak (22–27 September), then Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai.

On 3 September Tesla introduced Cybercab into its Robotaxi service in Austin, Texas. Riders there book through the Robotaxi app inside designated zones. Tesla says more than 40 two-seat Cybercabs have entered that service. The Hong Kong stop is a look at that vehicle — the design, the cabin, the idea — not a local launch.
Tesla is running about 15-minute guided tours at ELEMENTS for visitors who want the design and technology walked through. Complete a tour and, while stocks last, you receive a limited Asia-tour souvenir. Book an on-site test drive of a Model 3, Model Y or Model Y L and you can receive the same gift. Places and gifts are limited.

The car on the floor is the same concept now taking booked rides in Austin: two seats, a screen, and no one holding a wheel. Hong Kong gets the first look in Asia. The roads here are still tomorrow’s question. This week at ELEMENTS is the close-up.
Tesla Cybercab Asia Tour. Display only in Hong Kong. Robotaxi availability depends on market and local approval.
