ALL Kuzuha Station Message So Far (with Images) Ahead of K-Arena Concert Bloody Alexandrite
Station ads in all 47 prefectures carry local jokes from Nijisanji's Kuzuha, from Toyama's firefly squid to Okinawa's habu snake, plus a hidden code in each poster's corner?

Kuzuha has put a local joke in every prefecture of Japan. Posters for his solo concert Kuzuha One-Man Live "Bloody Alexandrite" are going up at one station per prefecture. Each carries a reproduced handwritten message (複製直筆メッセージ) tied to that region's food, landmarks or reputation.
The concert is on Monday, Oct. 12, a national holiday, at K-Arena Yokohama (Kアリーナ横浜). Doors open at 16:30 and the show starts at 18:00. It is Kuzuha's first stage appearance since the 2023 solo event Kuzuha Solo Event "Kaleidoscope". The posters also carry a QR code for streaming tickets (配信視聴チケット), which is useful for fans who can't get to Yokohama. Check the official event site for details.
What Kuzuha Said in Stream
Kuzuha talked about the project on a recent stream. By his account, he wrote all 47 messages himself and drew the small illustrations one by one, thinking about each prefecture. Some prefectures were hard, he admitted, and he estimated the total at about 12 hours over several days. He wrote from north to south, with Miyagi first, so familiar characters such as Ishida and the kenzoku (眷属, his familiars) appear more often in later posters. The comments come from a fan-run, unofficial note compiling the ads.
Hidden Code (ポスター右下の暗号)
Each poster has a number and a letter in the bottom-right corner, such as 「16-A」 on the Toyama poster. Fans have found that reading the letters in number order spells an English sentence. So far it reads:
What cause Bloody Alexandrite to store ma….d turn red.
Letters 36 to 39 (4 letters) are still missing. They sit on the Shikoku posters (Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime and Kochi), which go up on Oct. 7.
47 Messages in 47 Prefectures (各県のメッセージ)

Where the ads are
Most ads are at JR stations, but several are at other operators' stations. These are Sapporo Municipal Subway (札幌市営地下鉄), Ainokaze Toyama Railway (あいの風とやま鉄道), IR Ishikawa Railway (IRいしかわ鉄道), Hapi-Line Fukui (ハピラインふくい), Meitetsu (名鉄), Kintetsu (近鉄) and Yui Rail (ゆいレール).
Visiting Tips
Many ads are inside the ticket gates (改札内), so you will need a platform ticket (入場券) or a regular ticket (乗車券) to see them.
The ads are not designated photo spots (フォトスポット). Don't stop for long, and don't block foot traffic while taking photos.
Don't ask station staff or nearby facilities about the ads.
An ad may be changed or removed without notice if people obstruct traffic, or because of transport conditions.
